2dengine collects personal information when provided voluntarily by users in the course of engaging with the website or our games. This personal information is used for the purpose of providing customer service and improving our games. A valid email address is required during correspondence when filing a support request. The email address of the person filing a support request is not permanently stored or administered by 2dengine.

Data regarding the visitor's device, such as its public IP address or browser information is collected and stored temporarily when necessary for the operation of our website. Anonymous crash report information is collected by some 2dengine games and used for quality assurance.

Cookies and local data storage are served by the website only after the visitor has provided consent. Local data storage is used for caching purposes and is required by several of our web-based games in order to function properly. Game progress, customization and play session details are also saved as local data storage.

2dengine is not owned or endorsed by Valve Corporation, but parts of this website and several of our games use Steamworks services such as authentication, statistics, leaderboards, user-generated content, networking and chat. These Steamworks services are subject to Valve's own Privacy Agreement.
